We firmly believe that the success of our company derives from the fact that we live common values and aspire to shared objectives. The company principles are intended to contribute towards clarifying these values to make them an integral part of the company. They therefore describe the nature of all our activities and the way we treat one another. They are binding at all times for everyone who works in the company.
"Welcome change..." is the sum of all operands in our actions. Change accompanies every area of your and our businesses and lives. These days the business environment experiences many changes and organizations must then learn to become comfortable with change as well. Having years of experience in software development we know that business requirements tend to change. They evolve due to various reasons, sometimes new exchanges old, vendors or technologies come and go, new possibilities arrive and you would like to get them implemented in your almost ready to go-live project… If this happens to you as well then do not worry, we always welcome change! We have experiences to deal with it, to minimise the risk it brings to the working software, to prepare a plan of actions. We will strive to find a way to get the change on board when you really need it.

We are passionate about quality. We always seek to work better, to improve our processes, services, products. At IT tune we understand it’s ongoing effort that when started never ends. It’s like a Deming Cycle a four-step quality model: the Plan / Do / Check / Act.
01Plan: We identify an opportunity, or a problem to sort out, or a chance we need to make in our processes. We set our objectives and processes necessary for achieving our targets and goals and we plan for them.
02Do: We implement the plan, execute the process, we make it happen. At the same time we make sure that data will be collected for further analysis of the "Do" phase.
03Check: Use data we collected as part of the "Do" phase. We study it, analyse the results of the previous phases and determine whether it made a difference. We will need it for the next step "Act" .
04Act: If the change worked that is a pass through these four steps does not result in the need to improve then the scope to which PDCA cycle has been applied is completed. It maybe refined in the next iteration of the cycle. If it did not work, we request corrective actions on differences between actual and planed results. We strive to determine their root causes and think how to rectify them. Then we begin the cycle again…
